Centering the whole table of contents

Post by boesgaard »

I'm having trouble formatting my table of contents.

I would like a tabel of contents where everything is centered and without the dots, eg.

Code: Select all

          Contents
         Foreword 3
  The truth of happiness 4
    Money is everything 6
         Letters 8
I'm using the package tocloft, and have gotten so far that I can center the contentsname, remove the dots, and have everything either flushright or flushleft. But I can simply not find a command that will center everything.

Kind regards
