during the several bug fixes we implemented today, we caused the whole page or parts of it to not being available from time to time. All these issues are fixed now and should work smoothly.
It may happen, that you will not be able to login to the forum. In these cases please remove all your browser cookies for latex-community.org, afterwards the login should work without problems.
