LyX export to PDF is rather light and thin; trying to darken it

Post by at1with0 »

I'm sorry if this has been addressed.

I have a problem. I render LyX files and get pretty nice PDF's but they are light. How do I make the PDF's darker so they are more readable?

TIA!

Hi,

welcome to the forum!

There's no information on what settings and fonts you are using.

Quick thought: the default font may not look good with modern (T1) encoding, you could improve that by installing the cm-super package with your TeX installation, without any change to your document.
