i cant install mactex on mac os10.12 . any help please

mactex on mac os 10.12

macOS 10.12 is pretty old, possibly some newer applications cannot be installed anymore. MacTeX-2024 requires macOS 10.14, Mojave, or higher, so you cannot install this.
TeX Live 2024 using the TeX Live Unix Install Script would work with macOS 10.6, Snow Leopard, and higher.
There are older versions of MacTeX for older macOS versions: tug.org/mactex/oldversions.html
At some point, you should consider an OS update. Perhaps use the online compiler Overleaf for a while.
