Lines space issue is table of contents
I am facing an underlined and above-line spacing issue in a latex code, how to correct the spacing issue of the code?

welcome to the forum!
Can you show a
minimal working example so we can see how that issue happens and help to fix it? Because the spacing in the table of contents completely depends on the document class and the loaded packages and other settings. I don't even see if it's too much or too little spacing.
