General ⇒ Automatically combine text from sentences by number from a table

Hello community,
I have the following task that I'm stuck on:
I have a software that gives me numeric codes in *.txt form with a table: 2 columns and up to 20 rows. The code is formatted like this: ###.# (e.g. 250.4).
For each number before the dot (here in the example: 250) I have a finished text and then an additional text for the code after the dot (here in the example: 4).
Now I want to use latex to automatically combine the texts from the table to complete sentences.
