Can we make a press paper like old one?

Hello.
I am trying to make a press page like old one, i have upload a picture.
Is that possible with Latex to do this, or i might need a dtp program like Scribus for example?

You can arrange minipages and boxes to make such pages. But you need to do the column breaks yourself like the old guys have done long time ago. Usually DTP software is better for things like this.
Sorry, but I can no longer participate here as the administrator is trampling on my wishes on one of his other platforms. :cry:
