General ⇒ Bryological journals accepting LaTeX or PDF manuscripts

I have a candidate manuscript to submit for publication consideration via peer review. The subject is Bryology. My means of rendering manuscripts is LaTeX and PDF and I fully acknowledge the need to use special templates. However I have discovered that MS Word appears to be the preferred format for many bryological journals. The following journals appear to accept LaTeX and PDF:

ESA's Ecology

Elsevier's FLORA

PLOS Computational Biology
PLOS Biology
PLOS One

Nordic Journal of Botany

International Journal of Plant Sciences

Lindbergia

Environmental Monitoring and Assessment (papers with mathematics expressions in them only)

Applied Vegetation Science

Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society

[ESA = Ecological Society of America]

Does anyone know of any other journals in Biology, Botany, or Bryology which accept LaTeX or PDFs?
