Printglossary big letter on every letter-change

I would like to have a big letter every time the letter changes. I am using xetex, nopostdot glossaries and glossary-mcols if that matters. The glossary in question is a mcol. So for example:
Hans 4
Hopfen 24
Hungersnot 42

LARGE I
Intelligenz 22
...

(or take a look at the picture below)

I couldn't find an option for that, but I am very new to Glossaries in general. (maybe I just fail to find the right words needed to google it successfully)
