General ⇒ usepackage {pdfx} write PDF/A file

Hello good evening, I would like to know if someone can help me generate a PDF / A file from TEXstudio. I use \ usepackage [a-1b] {pdfx} and the following error appears "Sorry, but pdflatex.exe did not succeed. The log file hopefully contains the information to get MiKTeX going again: C: \ Users \ arviera \ AppData \ Local \ MiKTeX \ 2.9 \ miktex \ log \ pdflatex.log "The process ended with error (s).

Apparently I don't have the pdfx package information inside the miktex file, I tried to install it but was unsuccessful. Please can someone help me?

This seems to be either a General or a MiKTeX problem.

But without knowing, what you are doing and what exactly happens, it is hard to say anything about it. Please show us a minimal working example and additionally the log file of the LaTeX run with that minimal working example. The file C:\Users\arviera\AppData\Local\MiKTeX\2.9\miktex\log\pdflatex.log should also be useful.
