Text Formatting ⇒ Can't find a way to avoid this error?

Hi.
I'm new to Latex, I discover it reading on this page, casually.
I have recently start to use it to rewrite math notes, downloading MiKTeX package of programs. I have a problem with an error:
I didn't managed to solve it reading online or trying correctiong it myself. I'm stuck.

I'm using TexWork and the error is that one:

Maybe there was an abort while writing the aux file in a previous LaTeX run. Delete all auxiliary files (aux, toc, lof, lot etc.) and try again. If this does not help, there may be a persistent error e.g. in a heading. But in this case I would need a minimal working example to have a chance to help.
