LyX does not show some classes in MacOs 11

Post by hey1230 »

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to write a resume in LyX and I've noted that, though some classes are listed as "installed" by TeX Live Utility, LyX does not show them in document classes list. Not even after upgrading the app and "reconfiguring".

This happens, for example with "komacv" class. Also with "limecv".

I am not an expert, and I usually use LyX to build articles/beamer presentations.

Should those classes appear as available? and, if so, how could I workaround the issue?

I've to note that I have a default up-to-date full installation of MacTeX and, up to this day, it's worked all just fine.

Many thanks in advanced.
