Change Beamer Theme

Hi all,
Looking for beamer themes, I found the Torino theme. It can be found here:

The theme is awesome, but I want to include some more fatures like the Title, Author, Event, or institution like, for example, in the Madrid theme. I want this information distributed in the tree green lines at the bottom, but increasing it's height.

How can I do that?

By the way, this theme only works me under Linux, not on Windows, why?
