General ⇒ Incomplete Conversion from Lyx to Word

Hi everyone,
I am trying to properly convert a Lyx document I wrote into MS word, but some things don't seem to translate well into that format. When I convert into PDF, everything looks perfect, however, when I convert into word, certain things are missing, such as the numbers of equations when I use numbered equations, page numbers, table of contents, date, and figure numbers. I have followed a "Pandoc" tutorial to be able to convert these documents into word, and I am using the Unicode utf8 decoder.

Is there any way to fix these issues?
