BibTeX Organization

Does anyone have good suggestions for organizing your BibTeX .bib file? I have thought about having a separate file for each letter of the alphabet, which would make it more manageable, but I am not sure how to integrate them all into a paper! New to the TeX world, so thank you in advance for your patience and support!

biblatex with biber would allow you to do so, because it supports usage of more than one \addbibresource command. But I'm not sure that it is really a good idea.

Another suggestion would be to use something like JabRef.
Sorry, but I can no longer participate here as the administrator is trampling on my wishes on one of his other platforms. :cry:
