BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Text to bibitem Reference converter

Dear All,

In author reviewed stage, we had received more than 10 references, and it was pretty hard to convert as bibitem with proper structure. Is there any tool/package avail to convert word doc unstructured reference to structured bibitem?

For example:
