Document Classes ⇒ wanted: package for making cd booklets

I want to make a cd booklet so I went to ctan and searched for 'cd',
but all I found was packages for making _covers_, not the entire booklet.
(I use MiKTeX btw.)


If I can't find a suitable package, what should be my Plan B:
1. Use one of the cover-packages and try to extend it to double-pages.
2. Use the standard book package and specify the paper dimensions to match.

I don't think I'm the first one to want to make a cd booklet in TeX.
Who has any ideas?
