Is there someone to help me to put a figure in a page like the attached image.

For starters, you could try to use the {sidewaysfigure} environment provided by the

rotating package...or what is your problem, exactly?

In PS output it works but while converting to PDF this page rotates.

why don't you output pdf directly?
