I found that these settings are in the file C:\Program Files\LyX 2.0\Resources\locale\ru\LC_MESSAGES\LyX2.0.mo (for my language). Tell me, please, why after changing this file, for example, remove one letter from any words, language becomes English and not getting the Russians even after undoing the changes (after file changes its size varies and is not after undoing the changes), so that only helps restore a file from a previous version?
