See the recent comp.text.tex thread "About Grammar and consistency in the English in TEX files".

You should read the thread. The short answer is "no, and here's why..."

However, there are these two automated options that are mentioned (so far):
  1. FAQ: Checking Grammar (in UNIX)
  2. LanguageTool Open Source language checker (Java)
The latter has been integrated into LyX, so it probably can be integrated into other things... :?:
