Hi murail,

welcome to the forum!

I would prefer TeX Live, but MiKTeX is fine as well. I would do a full installation of MiKTeX (TeX Live) since it prevents headaches later when some package may be missing.

The LaTeX editor could be anyone. I use the slim clean TeXworks editor. It may be installed by MiKTeX. TeXstudio is a more complex editor but with many features, so it's a good choice. Some other editors, such as TeXnicCenter, may be less modern.
