Dear all,

At the https://wiki.lyx.org/Examples/Springer site the following ftp sites are no longer active:

I contacted Springer to solve the issue and they provided me with this:

I was able to complete the steps outlined at the wiki place cited earlier.

Hope this helps anybody else interested in this issue.
