LyX ⇒ Adding a Video in Lyx without Latex code

I was wondering if there was a way to add a video without using latex code. I tried adding a graphic using the icons at the top bar and selecting the video from the browse menu but it says there was an error converting to a loadable format. I have also tried latex code \href{run:1985CellMLcode.mov}{Movie} but the only thing that shows up is "Movie."
