LyX ⇒ Need Help please

I just installed LyX on a new Windows 10 PC and always when I want to preview or export a document writed in lyx tell me: missing \begin{document}

I did the same on an old computer that I have, where I writed several amount of documents with Lyx and I don't have that problem. I need help, I need to work on that new computer. I attach screenshots.

When I try to preview:

When I see the document previewed after click on show anyway:

welcome to the forum!

Does LyX produce a .log file? Can you post it here, as attachment? The "Attachments" link is below the text edit field, when writing a post.

In addition to Stefan's questions, do you get that error if you try to compile a new document where you just type "hello"?
