LyX ⇒ Question on AGUTeX template

Dear all,

There is a quite consistent instruction
http://wiki.lyx.org/Examples/AGUTeX
to manage AGUTeX layout in LyX.

However, I wasn't able to obtain an output
without errors as follows

I suggest starting with the template.

Go to File > New from Template and select the AGUTeX template. Does that compile for you?
