Font Package used to Generate PDF

Post by renno »

Hello all,

I have downloaded a Beamer Presentation from the internet. The PDF file is only provided. I would like to know the font package used in this presentation, as I wanted to use the same font in a presentation I am preparing. I am using MikTeX 2.7, and I have Adobe Reader and Adobe Professional...

Thanks a million,
If there is no way, we will make one...

You can have a look at the used font(s) by checking the properties of the document while viewing it with the Reader.

CMTT10, MT2EXV, MT2MIS, MT2MIT, MT2SYT, NimbusRomNo9L-Regu, Optima, et...

How do I know which font package to use? I am attaching a sample, maybe you could recognize this font.

In your sample file I can only see the Adobe Optima™ font [1]. The list you gave earlier is a mix of Computer Modern fonts and Optima which seem to be partly replaced by fonts from Ghostscript due to missing type faces during conversion or direct compilation to PDF. Note that Adobe Optima™ is a commercial font.
