LyX ⇒ How to add Acknowledgements in IEEE Transaction class file

Hello,

I am newbie to LyX. I like this editor as I feel it shall boost the productivity. However, I am facing a problem in writing an IEEE transaction paper.
How can I add "Thanks" or "Acknowledgement" section that contains the authors' affiliation information in the first page of the paper. For example, here is an image.

You can see the highlight part like which I want to add in my paper.
Any help is appreciated.

doesn't it say in the very same paper on page 2 (ff)?
