Master/Doctoral thesis LateX template in LyX

Dear all,

I am in the process to write my Ph.D. thesis in Analytical Chemistry, and I would love to use the Master/Doctoral thesis LateX template from this page:

I have read online for hours, but I have not found a way to import/open/convert it to LyX. Did anyone of you managed to do it in the past? Could you give this newbie a hand?
