Hello,
I would like to create a pagestyle which has a centered header on each page (which would be the project name). In the footer I would like some other company info (some on the left and some on the right) and the page number (centered). Can anyone help me out with this?

Have a look at titlesec or [url=htpp://ctan.org/pkg/fancyhdr]fancyhdr[/url]. Both packages allow to customize page headers and footers. You can search the forum for examples and solutions. This issue occurs not for the first time.
