Table width adjustment

Post by ggkogan »

Hi to everybody :) ,
Recently I have started to write a new document based on a templet that I have received from a friend. This document contains a table. The left column of the table contains long names that sometimes makes the column wide. Thus, the table drifts from the page and being chopped.
I have tried to define the column width to 6 cm as I usually do to solve such problems. Unfortunately, this time it did not work properly. Within the lyx file, the width of the column is adjusted but within the pdf output it did not :( .
Since then, I have tried to adjust it to different width values without any successes. Any ideas for a possible solution?
A minimal example of the lyx file

and the output pdf file

are attached. :!:

Thanks in advance,
G

You use *a lot* of preamble code. Is that necessary to reproduce the problem? For more tips, see https://wiki.lyx.org/FAQ/MinimalExample
