Which tool is the best for a newb?
I'm using overleaf.com right now because of the preview and because i don't have to install any packages, but it seems that i can't include any graphics in my document because it's online.
When Miktex is asking for a package installation and i try to install a certain package from the internet or the device miktex will ask again for the same package.
So I'm either looking for a fix for my miktex or a way to include my graphics in overleaf(dunno if that is possible) or maybe there is an better offline tool than miktex?
Thanks in advance

Which tool is the best for a newb?
MikTeX currently has some problems with the repositories, there have been some changes. Doing a basic install isn't recommended these days, as disk space is fairly cheap. Better use the complete installation.
An alternative to MikTeX, which also works with Linux and MaC is TeX Live. The full installation is default and the software is maintained by the worldwide user group called TUG.
If you decide for an offline installation, it will in general need 2 to four hours for a complete isntall, depending on the internet connection.
