General ⇒ Parts missing in the output after deleting .aux, .blg, .nlo

Hi everyone

I'm writing my MA thesis and I deleted all the .aux, .lof, .log, etc. files because some references did not appear on my output pdf file.

However now entire parts of my document is missing ! There's no error message related to this apart from ! Missing $ inserted. in an empty line. This did not happen before. Could you help me

Apparently, something is wrong? Well, i am sure something is wrong. According to the error message, there is definitely something wrong, maybe a missing $, maybe the empty line shouldn't be there.

Honestly, deleting auxiliary files will not lead to errors in your document. Either you changed something without noticing it, or you added something without noticing it or .... how am i supposed to know? Something changed.

Please prepare a minimal working example so we have something to work with.

It must have been some related to some problem on my computer because now I have the entire output ^^
