The link didn't lead to anywhere. Is this a fraud?

Hi mado, thanks for telling us about this. It seems the spammers are more inventive now.

You can savely ignore the message, nobody is going to be deleted and you don't have to click any strange links.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.

In a previous spam attack the link lead to script/website that demanded to enter a mobile phone number.

Hi mado,

when we first noticed this spam, I applied a policy that newly registered members are not allowed to send private messages. This will be allowed after some public posts.

The spam you noticed was also from that day (May 23), I changed the policy on May 24. I deleted the spammer we noticed and his messages, I did not see the spammer who send the message to you, so I will delete that profile too.

Thanks!

I deleted more than 10 of those spam profiles. They were all made that day. With the new policy, they cannot do this again. Alas, this was just a single spam attack (using several profiles) that passed the security check.
