LyX ⇒ No Image is shown with scaling only scaling ratio

Hello,
I've been working on my thesis and using the document class of our institute. Whenever i compile my lyx file, if the image is scaled, there is no image shown only the scale ratio of the image.
My preamble is;

Which image are you talking about? Your code doesn't show any? Can you please post a minimal working example?
