greetings from Kenya!

Post by keddy »

Hello everyone, I am a university student, very new to laTeX. I have been taking a class in this area, and I have a huge project for my final, due in two weeks, and since the lecturer has barely taught, I am finding the project to be very challenging. The project was sent to me in PDF format, with many complicated figures and equations, and I just don't know what to do. Anyone who can help?

Hi Keddy,

welcome to the forum!

You could read a basic LaTeX introduction text, such as LaTeX for complete novices. This would give you a good start. Then you can post any question about LaTeX here, just choose the corresponding sub-forum here (graphics, mathematics, tables, ...)

Hi Keddy,

Welcome to the LaTeX community!

Starting slow with single pieces and putting them together step by step seems like a reasonable way to go. If you have trouble with individual steps I'm sure you'll find help to your questions in this forum.
