Tikz Manual or Book?

Post by StarKid »

Is there somewhere I can get a print edition of the pgf/tikz manual or a comprehensive book about tikz? I couldn't find anything on Amazon or ebay.

To my knowledge, there is no printed edition yet. But you can print and bind a copy of the manual for your own personal use.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.

Actually I like the search feature of this >1000 pages manual very much, so I use it as electronic documentation. And the hyperlinks of commands and styles in the code snippets. However, a printed book would be nice. I guess a good copy shop could print you a copy with a good binding for not so much money.

My printed LaTeX cookbook has a lot of TikZ examples ;-) but it's not a comprehensive book, just a recipe collection of solutions.
