TeXmaker Editor Fontsize

Post by moffvia »

Hi,

I'm using teXmaker 4.4.1, and the editor fontsize is straining my eyes. I can't find a way to actually make the font larger in the editor (and not the document). The only thing that I found in the menu for changing the editor itself was Interface Appearance, but that only allows a modern or classic look and not the fontsize.

Thank you for your help.

Welcome,

it is quite simple if you know where to look :-)

In top line, go to Options => Configure TeXmaker

Switch to the editor settings in the left column and change the fontsize on the right.

Hi,
the answer posted here by Pims should work for Texmaker 5 on Windows 10.
