Cursor indicator - Input completion

Post by johnny7 »

Hello,

In the section Tools--Preferences--Editing--Input completion, I'd like to disable the cursor indicator, but the option is enabled and greyed out. This is a fresh install of LyX 2.1.4 on Windows.
The indicator really bothers me and I'd like to disable it. Any ideas?

Thank you!

Actually, I wanted to keep my settings of LyX 2.0 and they were kept after uninstalling, but the default settings were restored anyway with the fresh install.

If you check either the box "Automatic inline completion" or "Automatic popup" the box is enabled. Does that solve the problem? If not there might be a bug in LyX that should be reported at http://www.lyx.org/trac
