Hi,
Last week I learned that latex is an interesting way of generating documents.
Since I'm slightly obsessed by fractals and the mandelbrot fractal specially, I created a program (in c++) which emits a latex-script containing a mandelbrot fractal in text with colors as well.
The c++ code as well as an example (.tex and .pdf) can be found on my website: https://www.vanheusden.com/misc/latex/
General ⇒ mandelbrot

Hi flok,
welcome to the forum!
Very nice! Did you know that we can calculate fractals right within a LaTeX document?
I made some with LaTeX, usually requiring LuaLaTeX:

I made some with LaTeX, usually requiring LuaLaTeX:
- Mandelbrot set
- Julia set
- Lorentz Attractor drawing
- Feigenbaum diagram
- Fractal landscapes
- Iterated function systems
- L-Systems
- Some are on TeXample.
