I didn't bring any modifications to the downloaded file and yet I can't run the template.
I have this error :

! Package ucharcat Error: \Ucharcat is defined in xetex releases from 2015 only

I don't understand that, I updated all my MikTex packages but it doesn't change anything.

Please show us the first about ten lines of your log-file.

Sorry for this silence but I solve my problem by re-installing MikTex (I know, it's a bit desperate...)
