Hi guys! How can make the space bigger for the dates? Instead of 2011-2015 I want 09/2011 - 09/2015.

That space is set with hintscolumnwidth, set the number to a value suitable for your needs. For example:
\setlength{\hintscolumnwidth}{0.25\textwidth}
