Since my table is too wide that it exceeds the page!
Who can help me to rotate the table and its notes by about 90 degrees. I uploaded my Latex files (test.rar) so please revise it. The sample.png is my purpose. Thank you!

I would typeset it in a landscape document of its own and later include the pdf using
Are you sending the tex-file to the publisher? They will make everything fit in the final stage i guess.
