TeXworks ⇒ Texworks crashes when I press CTRL+END

Hi all,


I am experiencing a rather annoying behaviour. Whenever I press CTRL+END to move to the end of the opened tex source, either texworks freezes and not just the window to where the command was issued but to all the opened windows, or it immediatly closes all windows at once. From time to time I get the Ubuntu crash report window asking if I want to leave it close or if I want it to be relaunched.

I had read in the past that turning off all hook scripts would solve the issue. However, to no avail with my current settings.


I am running 0.5 r.1350 and Ubuntu 14.04 x86_64. How can I help troubleshoot this issue? Are there any particular log files of interest? Should I strace this?
