Curricula Vitae / Résumés ⇒ Editing the "Curriculum Vitae" line

This is a wonderful template! Thanks very much. The only thing that I’m wondering about is how to remove the words “Curriculum Vitae” beneath the name. Is there any possibility to just display the name and the line beneath it in the header or maybe change “Curriculum Vitae” to some other title such as “Resumee” or “Statement of Purpose”? Thanks so much in advance!
