Theses, Books, Title pages ⇒ Lines for minitoc are missing

The lines for minitoc seem to be missing in the current version of the template. I have tried to copy and paste the lines below but I get errors.

Hi,

This template was recently updated to version 2 which has removed the mini table of contents from the chapter headers. This is now on the Part pages.

Hi,

And what about the two possibilities together? I mean, mini tables on parts pages and on chapter headings. I've been trying to but I haven't been able to find any solution. In all my attempts it does only appear the first chapter but neither the sections nor the following chapters.

May you help me, please?
