How do I add non-english characters into the template?

I don’t know how to make this template run in Winedt. Another problem is to put non english characters in the text. somebody could help??

Hi,

I’m not familiar with Winedt, perhaps you can ask on a support forum dedicated to this program? Non-english characters already work which I tested by pasting Áá, Ââ, Ãã, Àà, Çç, Éé, Êê, Íí, Óó, Ôô, Õõ, Úú into the template.
