Placing image in left margin

Post by templateuser »

Hey all,
I've recently finished a manuscript using this template. I've been trying to add a narrow banner type image to the left margin of each page of the journal but to no avail :( any ideas?

Hi,

The solution that comes to mind immediately is to use TikZ page by page and anchor your image west. There may be a better automated solution that will put the image on every page but TikZ will do what you want. Check out the Legrand Orange Book template for how to use TikZ. Specifically, note how the chapter images are inserted at the top of the chapter pages.
