Hi,
I would like to buy a tablet computer with a windows operating system, and run latex on it. The tablet is Asus T100TAM, and the processor is Quad Core Intel Bay Trail-T Z3775 1.46 GHz, with 2GB memory. Will it be able to run latex? I specifically like TeXstudio, but something more lightweight should be fine too.
Thanks in advance.

Re: running latex on a tablet
Hi pazitp,
welcome to the forum!
I read many times that TeX Live works on Windows 8. It's 32 bit software, but runs fine on 64 bit. There's just not enough reason to build it also with 64 bit. Your processor is capable and the memory is fine. So I don't have doubts.
If you would run in installation issues, let us know. There could be small steps such as adjusting the PATH system variable.
