How is it possible to make such a pdf document witch has the odd pages on the right in the pdf viewer when it is in double page mode?

Hi Máté,
in Two-Up mode activate 'Show Cover Page During Two-Up'' in the Adobe Reader menu: View > Page Display > Show Cover Page During Two-Up. It may be set by a hyperref option as default for your document, see hyperref manual.
