Is there a grammar checker available, perhaps as a utility? Many of my technical writers are nonnative English speakers. While technically good, their writing style is often problematic. If I can't address this in Latex, I may have to move them to MS Word.

some editors have a grammar checker included, TeXStudio is one of them. On TeX.SX a very similar question has come up a while ago. There are a lot of hints.
